Return & Refund Policy

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

 

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges in the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this occurs, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original condition and packaging

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

 

Sizing

While we do provide size charts for all products listed on our website, sizing may vary slightly due to production. We have a 0.5 inch tolerance for all measurement points listed in our size charts. 

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued only for damaged or defective items.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect sizing

• Change of mind

• Orders that have already been processed or shipped

 

Refused Deliveries / Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is refused or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, any return shipping fees and carrier charges will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

 

Store Credit

At our discretion, we may offer store credit as an alternative resolution.
